We suggest steeping 1-2 tsp of tea in 8 oz boiling water (212°F) for 3-5 minutes. Increase the amount of tea if you desire a stronger brew. Add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy hot or cold.

We offer free shipping via USPS for orders totaling $35 or more (not including shipping & taxes).

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return/exchange if you would like to return/exchange an unopened and unused teaware or accessory. A shipping label will be provided to return the product. You will be responsible for safely packaging the product.

Returns (teawares & accessories only): A refund (minus return shipping charges) will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and verification that it has not been opened or used.
Exchanges (teawares & accessories only): If you receive a damaged or defective item, an exchange product will be sent to you at no charge. In all other instances, we recommend returning the original purchase and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been accepted.

We cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any of our teas, tea bombs, gift sets, baked goods, consumable goods, or any opened and/or used teaware & accessories.
