Incorrect addresses: Please ensure that the address is correct before finalizing your order.
Unopened shipments: All shipments are clearly marked “Perishable: Open Immediately”. Please refrigerate your order upon receipt.
Gift shipments: Please ensure that the intended recipient will be available to receive their gift.
Multi-unit/apartment buildings: Shipments destined for multi-unit dwellings, such as apartment buildings, might only be released if someone is present to receive them. We recommend arranging delivery to your workplace, so you can promptly refrigerate your drinks upon their arrival.

Shipping / Local Delivery
Our bottled beverages are shipped to select regions within Northeastern United States via UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air.
The average delivery time is 1 business day from shipment date, though we cannot guarantee that estimated delivery times will be met by the carrier.
Beverage orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays. Orders must be received by noon the preceding Tuesday. If received after that date, your order will be held until the following week.

We hand blend each tea in small batches, and make sure to leave all the 'natural flavorings' behind! The same holds true for our baked goods: we steer clear of unnatural flavorings, additives, and preservatives in our sweet treats :)
