Hibiscus Flower & Hibiscus Mint: We suggest steeping 1-2 tsp of tea in 8 oz boiling water (212°F) for 3-5 minutes. Increase the amount of tea if you desire a stronger brew. Add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy hot or cold.

Hibiscus Ginger: We suggest steeping 2-3 tsp of tea in 8 oz boiling water (212°F) for 6-10 minutes. Increase the amount of tea if you desire a stronger brew, and sweeten if desired.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return/exchange if you would like to return/exchange an unopened and unused teaware or accessory. A shipping label will be provided to return the product. You will be responsible for safely packaging the product.

Returns (teawares & accessories only): A refund (minus return shipping charges) will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and verification that it has not been opened or used.
Exchanges (teawares & accessories only): If you receive a damaged or defective item, an exchange product will be sent to you at no charge. In all other instances, we recommend returning the original purchase and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been accepted.
