How to Prepare

We suggest steeping 1-2 tsp of tea in 8 oz boiling water (170-180°F) for 2-3 minutes. Increase the amount of tea if you desire a stronger brew. Add your sweetener of choice, and enjoy hot or cold.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return/exchange if you would like to return/exchange an unopened and unused teaware or accessory. A shipping label will be provided to return the product. You will be responsible for safely packaging the product.

Returns (teawares & accessories only): A refund (minus return shipping charges) will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and verification that it has not been opened or used.
